1. Who these terms are with
These terms govern transport services provided by Zurich-Airport Limousinen Services GmbH, Am Balsberg 36, 8302 Kloten, Switzerland.
2. Quotes and bookings
A quote request submitted through this website is not a booking. We reply with a fixed fare in writing; the booking is formed when you confirm that fare. No card details are taken at quote stage and no card is kept on file.
3. How the fare is calculated
Fares are charged per kilometre at the published rate for the vehicle class booked, and never fall below that class’s minimum fare. All figures include 8.1% VAT and passenger insurance.

A chauffeur placed into your own vehicle is charged at CHF 45 per hour, minimum four hours. Cross-border journeys are quoted per route, with tolls, night hours and driver rest named in the quote.
4. What the fare includes
- Waiting, luggage handling, tolls and the Swiss motorway vignette.
- Child seats, fitted before the journey, at no charge.
- Sixty minutes of waiting after landing on airport arrivals.
Nothing in this list is added to the invoice afterwards.
5. Flight monitoring and delays
Where you give us a flight number we track the inbound flight and move the pick-up time with it at no charge. Waiting beyond the included sixty minutes is charged pro rata at the hourly rate for the class booked, and only after we have contacted you.
6. Cancellation
TO BE SUPPLIED BY THE CLIENT — cancellation windows and any charges must come from the operator’s own policy. See docs/CONTENT-GAPS.md.
7. Payment
We accept credit card, bank transfer, TWINT and cash on delivery. Corporate and contract clients are invoiced monthly, with agreed payment terms.
8. Passengers, luggage and conduct
Vehicles are booked by class, not by registration; we supply the stated model or an equivalent. Passenger and luggage capacity per class is published on the fleet page, and the chauffeur may decline a load that exceeds the vehicle’s safe capacity. Pets and bulky sports luggage are carried where notified in advance.
9. Liability
Passengers are covered by the passenger insurance included in every fare. We are not liable for consequential loss arising from delays outside our control, including weather, road closures and air-traffic disruption.
10. Governing law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Kloten, Switzerland.
