What we actually do
Four service lines, one dispatch desk in Kloten and one Mercedes fleet. The rates below are the published rates; anything outside them is fixed in writing before the journey.
Airport transfer
A chauffeur waits inside arrivals with your name, watches the inbound flight, and carries the luggage to a car parked minutes away. The fare is fixed when you book and does not move if the flight does.

Private chauffeur
A trained chauffeur placed into your own vehicle — for a day, a season, or while a regular driver is away. You keep the car; we carry the training, the cover and the roster.

Bus service
Group pick-up and drop-off by minibus and coach for larger parties, delegations and events across Zurich and Switzerland. One dispatcher runs the whole movement, and the fare is agreed per journey before anyone boards.

VIP pick-up & drop-off with bodyguard
A trained bodyguard accompanies the journey for clients who require discreet personal protection. The car, the route and the arrivals handover are planned together, and no name is announced at arrivals.
