This notice describes what happens to the details you send us through this website. It is written to match what the site actually does — if the site changes, this page changes with it.

What we collect, and only when you send it

We collect nothing until you submit the quote form or the contact form. There is no account, no login, and no profile. When you do submit one of those forms, we receive:

• Your name, and the email address or phone number you give us.
• Your company name, if you choose to enter one for billing.
• The journey details: pick-up airport and address, destination, date, time, flight number, passenger and luggage counts, and vehicle class.
• Anything you write in the free-text notes field.
• A one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string. The hash is salted and cannot be turned back into an address; it exists so we can identify and block automated abuse of the form.

Why we hold it

To prepare a quote and to carry out the transport you ask for — that is, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them for advertising.

Who processes it on our behalf

• Airtable — hosts the database the enquiry is stored in, and sends the notification to our dispatch desk.
• Our hosting provider — runs the server this website is served from.

Each of these acts only on our instructions. No other third party receives your enquiry.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted automatically twenty-four months after they are received. That is enforced by a scheduled job in our enquiry system, not by anyone remembering to do it. Records that become part of a booking are kept for as long as Swiss accounting law requires.

No tracking

This website sets no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. It loads no third-party scripts, fonts or images — every asset is served from this domain. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@z-als.ch and we will respond. If you are in the EU or EEA you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority; in Switzerland, with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. The enquiry database is not readable from the public internet — it can be written to only by this website’s server and read only by us. Payment details are never collected on this site; we do not ask for a card at quote stage.
